Freedom Farm Scholarship Application - Summer Camps 2022
Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship for a summer camp at Freedom Farm. We have scholarship spaces available in each of the camps listed. Awards will go to those who demonstrate a financial need, deservedness, and desire to participate in a horse camp with us. All applications will be confidentially reviewed by a panel non-affiliated with Freedom Farm. Please submit by mail or email the following information:
- Short essay from applicant to include current activities involved in, any experience with horses, and why you want to come
- Letter from parent/guardian to include why the applicant should be awarded a scholarship
- Letter of recommendation from a non-relative (school, church, neighbor, etc)
- The completed application form provided below
- Completed waiver form provided below
Deadline for scholarship entries is May 1, 2020. Recipients will be notified by phone or email.
Freedom Farm is an equine ministry focused on the love of Christ and bringing healing, hope and love to all we reach through horses. All of the specialized summer camps allow each participant to experience life at our farm in a safe, fun, and positive environment. Daily activities will include learning about horses, riding, bible studies, teamwork, crafts, and games.
